You can, but only if you can prove that they knew that they were infected before you slept with them. Also, I wouldn't recommend suing unless you contracted the virus despite practicing safe sex ... if you didn't use a condom, their attorneys will tear you apart in front of the judge, and suggest that, due to your "promiscuous" behavior, there is no way to be certain that you actually contracted the virus from their client. And, if you test negative, you probably won't be awarded much if anything.

I would probably think so. Did you know it's legal to sue your husband/wife for cheating on you? I would think that your question is as serious as that and so I bet you could and should definitely try. I hope you didn't get HIV/AIDS.

i would in a heart beat.. if they knew and didnt tell you.. also you have to take some responsablity for not protecting yourself... that should be the first thing you do everytime.. what makes it hard is like my stepsister and her husband.. being married wont stop it either if both are not committed to each other.. he went out on her and gave it to her as well as himself now they are both dead. so always protect yourself and be sure about the person your with by both being tested.. good luck

in many states there is a statute about knowingly transmitting a deadly std. it is a felony in kansas. you can press criminal charges. possibly assault (intent to harm) and battery (actually causing harm) also. speak with your local police department.

THEIR HAVE BEEN SOME CASES BUT IT'S BEEN HARD TO PROVE FOR SOME.BUT THE ONLY WAY TO NO WILL BE BY A SEEKING A LAWYER AND GO FROM THERE.

yeah. next time dont beleive everything they say. make sure to both get tested at the same time next time. yeah you should sue them
