i always 'jazz up' premade curry or masala sauces by adding fresh garlic and ginger
and if you like it extra hot and spicy add either fresh or dried peppers to your dish

Terrible, but it depends on how much of an expert you are.
Try them anyway, and judge for yourself.
Authentic Indian food doesn't use "sauces", as the spice mixtures are an integral part of the dish. But on the positive side, Indian curries freeze quite well for the most part, so you could make a batch and freeze the leftovers for later use.

So far I have not found a good sauce or prepackaged Indian food.
Might be worth it to take the time and do from scratch or as close to it as possible.

These sauces are a load of rubbish. They are for people who can't cook. Get real. Make your own. Learn how to cook. Good luck, we all had to start somewhere.

I've tried the Kohinoor products a couple of times and they were pretty good.
They weren't GREAT, but they were cheap and quick to prepare.
