Yes, but it is an addicting habit,. Also the tobacco is legal--it should not be. The tobacco companies increased the addiction of nicotine by 11 percent from 1998. It is not so much people want to smoke--but the addiction is great!

I'm not a smoker but why should you care? Let them do what they want. Sometimes they can't help it because it is biologically addictive and that is what makes it so hard to give up.
