Assuming "medicines" means oral anti-diabetic agents (not insulin) and you are Type 2 who still makes a fair amount of insulin, than more than likely, no, you will not die. At least not right away.
You would however, most likely develop diabetes complications over time that could be easily fatal and decrease your quality and length of life (heart disease, kidney disease etc.).
Some Type 2 diabetics can also develop Hypersomolar Coma, which is similar to the DKA found in Type 1 diabetics. It can also lead to death.
I would be most concerned with stopping the blood pressure medication suddenly without tapering down the dose. If you quickly stop, your blood pressure may shoot dangerously high, putting you at a high risk of heart attack and stroke. Not good.
If you want to reduce your meds, you need to make big lifestyle changes with guidance from your doctor. Do not stop any medication on your own.
(P.S. If you have Type 1 diabetes, than yes, you could die fairly soon without insulin).

This is not a very good thing to do. But I am no longer a diabetic because of what I eat and exercise and I also was able to lower my blood pressure from the exercise I do (walking and listening to my favorite music and books) But I also did this with the permission of my doctor and I am doing great. Just check first and the way the doctor took me off my medicine was to wean me a lower dose or by taking it everyother day instead of every day

If you did it all at once without preparing for it. If you gradually got yourself healthy with proper diet, exercise, weight management, and a few supplements, you could probably do it in around six months to a year. It's not unheard of... I've heard of people doing it in less time. It's hard work, but totally do-able.

I would definitely think so. Unless you had some other way to manage it.
