Although end stage kidney failure is a sad place to be, the good news is that there are ways to make him more comfortable and buy him some time.
Although dialysis is not pleasant, it is possible that he may be able to receive a transplanted kidney at a later point, however, he needs to keep himself alive in the meantime.
Honestly, he does not want to die vomiting, weak, and convulsing on the bathroom floor from kidney failure. It is not a pleasant way to go.
Take him to the ER (call the ambulance) and have him admitted for treatment. He probably needs dialysis already. In late stage kidney failure, his mental status can become impaired, and he can be forced to receive treatment against his will if his life is in danger and he doesn't realize it. If it gets to the point that he is not urinating at all, this is very serious.

I have a similar situation, where my father has hepatitis and is refusing "western" medical treatment and he's seeking traditional "eastern" herbal treatment but has made no progress yet. I've tried convincing him but it doesn't work because I am the youngest of my family (though I am an adult) I am considered the "baby" to him so he doesn't need to listen to my "expertise" advice, even though I've worked with plenty of specialists and medical professionals. I personally don't know how, but the last hope seems to be getting his love ones to make a scene and get him in the hospital . Good luck.

It sounds like your husband has given up any hope of living. You can't make them do the right thing, but tell him you are calling the paramedics if he does not consent going to the Dr. Ask him why he does not want to go. Tell him how concerned you are. Good luck!
