Dairy, beans, nuts (especially almonds), seeds, broccoli, tofu.

Green leafy veggies are high in calcium however absorption is low because they usually contain oxalic acid that binds the Ca as calcium oxalate.

calcium is for strong bones and teeth---any sort of milk/dairy product

Also, I'm sure you eat bread (I think everyone does...), so I recommend IronKids bread. One slice has 15% of the daily value for calcium. Everyone else listed just about everything else, so....

yogurt,cheese...anything with milk really...read labels, or u can buy calcium to add into drinks/food
