what chinese region are these dishes from, dan dan mian, mapo doufu, and hulguo rou from?

Since dan dan is spicy, I'd guess Szechuan. No clue about the others.

DÄndÄn mià n and Mapo Doufu are both from the Chinese Sichuan province.
I've never had or heard of Hulguo Rou.
