Yes! "Chit'lins" (as we call them), SMELL horrible, but I was brought up on them and they TASTE DELICIOUS with lots of black pepper and Louisiana hot sauce! Yum-Yum! My mouth "waters" just thinking about them....

Coming from someone who not only ate them but cleans them and cooks them... they taste almost as bad as they smell. It's like chewing a piece of strechy slimy rubber. Honestly you'd rather eat them than clean them.

yes they do if you know how to cook them

when i cook them i add lots of fresh garlic, onions, vinegar and my special blend of spices

i serve them with a choice of potato salad, cabbage slaw and a fresh salsa
very tasty

i dont know if they taste good, but they smell HORRIBLE! i would'ny eat nothing that smells like that.
