Ok, I have finally found a sport that I am really good in. That is in basketball, but I have a problem. Each time I start running my chest starts hurting. I can't breath or anything. So I went to the doctor. They put me on everything. For my lungs, heart, everything. NOTHING!!!! They can't find anything. I don't have a problem with my lungs or heart. And I don't have asma either. What's wrong with me??????? Am i broken. Please Help!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!

No your not broken, it sounds like your out of shape. I would do some other kind of activity / exercise until you built yourself up. Gradually over time your stamina will increase. Begin with an hour each day like
walking, swimming & later jogging. Start slowly & increase the time each week. :) If your symptoms don't change get a 2nd opinion from your doc, a different one.
Good luck!

Young people can have heart problems so if it doesn't go away see the doctor. If it is trapped wind it is painful in the chest area. Try warm lemonade or ginger ale just to make you burp. You could have simple pulled a muscle if so it will also hurt when you breathe in and out. If it does just rest.

When you are not in shape and do aerobic exercise, it is normal to feel out of breath.

Do some regular running for 1hr/day. In a few weeks, you should be ok.

Do check with a doctor at least once a month just in case.

Start your new year right.
