I'm no doctor, but sure sounds like you need one! It could be bronchitus or even pneumonia. Go get some nice antibiotics and pick up some nice yogurt (with active cultures) on the way home and start feeling better!
Drink more fluids too!

Sounds like the same thing my family has been passing around. I went to the doctor and thay just said it was a really bad cold with a side of the flu.

Upper respiratory infection. Go to the doctor before it gets worse. It can turn into pneumonia.
