Does it really matter? Either way they are inhaling the toxins and exhaling them. They might have a higher chance of cancer in their nose I guess...

And for the record, that hurts if you do it the wrong way *shudder*

Gees....I didn't know the French did that. I did it and I'm French-Canadian! Loved it!

I quit and can't go near a cigarette now. Have developed an allergy!

the smoker is at risk no matter how they smoke and if another person breathes in the smokers second hand smoke they are also at risk
