We use it all the time in the Cath Lab.

Some services do; but I don't know which ones. In Alabama, all we get to use is Nitroglycerin, and that's only if the patient is demonstrating severe symptoms, and it's on-line.

I remeber studying it in paramedic school, though. Maybe someday, I'll get to work for a service that allows us to administer more than 20 medications :)
