This could be anything from an inner ear condition (such as Meniere's Disease), to simple dehydration, to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), to Vertigo, to problems with blood pressure regulation and hormonal disorders, to a million other conditions, some serious (like neurological disorders and tumors), some not (like an ear infection). It may also have been a temporary thing.

I do not think it sounds like diabetes.

I would not worry too much at this point. Stay in touch with your doctor. If you continue to get dizzy, and/or develop other symptoms, make sure to call your doctor right away.

My point is not to worry, but that this is something that you need to ask your doctor about.

Did your doctor check you for diabetes? If not and there is a history of it in your family you should get checked, if not and you're still that concerned I think you should go back and tell your doctor. There may be another problem. I suggest you continue to see your doctor until you get an answer as to what is causing this dizziness. I had a problem with dizziness and my doctor's first concern was wheather or not it was Vertigo. Turned out to be a blood pressure problem and he put me on medication for it.

Food is how you get your energy. You are what you eat. Continue to eat and exercise, walk skip, dance, what ever so you will be fit and able. I don't think you have much chance of being a Diabetic, but it was good that you went to the Doctor to make sure.

You could get dizzy from low, or high, blood sugar.

But, there are other signs, too. Are you always thirsty? Do you perspire alot?

It is easy enough for the doctor to check for diabetes. Have him do so.

Very unlikely, but you need to be properly evaluated.Get your parents to set up a Dr.appointment.They will probably discover the cause with some simple blood work.

Talk to your parents and ask them to take you to the doctor.
