I am raw too, and had that same feeling for a few days. I started making raw bars by grinding up some nuts, seeds, raisins, dates, and carrot pulp (leftover from juicing) I sweeten with a little raw agave necter and dehydrate until firm, but still moist. These take care of my hunger issues. Join some of the groups at yahoo groups like raw school, and living foods. Lots of info there

I read a lot into that, go to google and raw foods diet. Theres a million sites that are really good. Best thing is unsalted raw nuts. Your missing a lot of protein so your always hungry :) Even though I read a lot into it I still don't know if you can have meat. Because meat doesn't have too many enzymes to begin with, cooking it wont affect anything. I have a dehydrated and make beef jerky thought and Turkey and chicken jerky as well. Can you have that? if not the other recipes are complicated

You probably aren't getting much protein, and that's something that your body craves - your body is trying to tell you something!
