to twisty: yes i have a recipe for beef ho fun. take a pack of dried ho fun (long thick noodles) and place them in a pan of boiling water. check to see if they are firm. in the meantime, in a wok or frying pan, heat some oil and cut some beef into strips. fry the beef until they turn brown, then throw in some beansprouts (do wash them under some cold water beforehand), stir and then add the ho fun noodles. again stir as usual to avoid the noodles sticking to the wok. add some soy sauce and/or oyster sauce for flavouring and a pinch of salt. keep stirring for a few more minutes and afterwards, it is ready to serve. wa-lah!

I make 2 delicious pasta bakes with penne or fusilli, using onions peppers and tinned tomatoes, then I add either bacon and chicken or sometimes chorizo if I have any, or a tin of tuna. both are then topped with grated cheese. I also do a good lasagne using wholewheat pasta. All the dishes that you mentioned sound really nice-I love the sound of beef ho fun and would love the recipe if you have it :)

Pasty and/or Chinese noodles taste of nothing. It's the sauce that makes the difference. I don't have a favourite, but when driven into a corner by unexpected guests, I make pasta with sauce à la felicity. Might be canned tomatoes, Italian herbs, onions, garlic and whatever I can find - minced beef, canned tuna, salami. Not traditional but hey - it's food on the table. Sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and served with a salad and a bottle of Chianti . no complaints yet.
I also have some vegetarian and Chinese variants - but those are secret.

The olive garden lists a bunch of their recipes on their website. I made the Tuscan Garlic Chicken recipe and it was AMAZING, and not that hard at all either. I love to cook but this was by far the best thing I have ever made. Althogh I love any pasta...

I love cannelloni, especially spinach and ricotta, also lasagne and spaghetti bolognese
I make a lot of spaghetti bolognese as it's quick and easy, oodles of garlic and topped with Parmesan as a must have.
