I would say Italian and Italian..even if I am afraid that your idea of Italian food is a bit different of what we have here ;-)
There is not such a thing called Pasta All'Alfredo
Garlic bread: we would never use butter but only extra virgin olive oil...

You can't go wrong with some good Italian comfort food! Some pasta in an Alfredo sauce, some garlic bread and a tossed salad with a creamy Italian dressing sounds delightful!

tiff tiff hasn't have been given a clue what she is talking approximately, confident tuna has mercury in it, yet no longer adequate to do you any harm in the experience that your having a tuna roll for lunch. the only time this is going to ever be risky is in the experience that your having tuna for breakfast, lunch and tea huge-unfold of the week. otherwise tuna is an extremely solid source of the failings you elect like omega 3 and protein. solid concept btw guy.

- Grilled Veggie
Dressing:
• 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon lime rind
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Filling:
• 4 slices sweet Vidalia onions
• 1 small eggplant, peeled and cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices
• 1 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise in 1/4 inch thick slices
• 1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
• 3/4 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
• 8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
Oil grilling rack and heat up grill. Grill onion over medium heat 4 to 5 inches from coals. Place zucchini, eggplant, red pepper (skin down) on grill. Spray lightly with cooking oil spray. Cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Turn once during cooking time and spray lightly with cooking oil spray.
Spread bread with 1 tablespoon dressing and layer vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm.
-- Caesar Turkey Wraps
This is a great way to use up leftover turkey or chicken.
• 3/4 cup prepared creamy fat free Caesar dressing
• 4 - 12 inch fat free flour tortillas or fat free whole wheat flour tortillas
• 12 leaves romaine lettuce
• 2 cups chopped cooked turkey breast
• 1 - 7 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese*
Spread a generous 2 to 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing over entire surface of each flour tortilla. Lay 3 romaine leaves on each tortilla, pressing them gently into the dressing. Place turkey and roasted red peppers equally on one half side of each tortilla. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of everything on tortillas.
Roll up each sandwich tightly like a jelly roll starting with the turkey side. Wrap individually and refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, cut each wrap in halves, quarters, or 1 1/2-inch bite-size rounds.
* You may further reduce the fat and saturated fat by using reduced fat Parmesan Cheese.
-- Mediterranean Chicken Sandwiches
• 2 - 4 ounce chicken breasts, grilled
• 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
• 2 Kaiser buns
• 4 slices of tomato
• 2 slices red onion
• 2 tablespoons feta cheese
• 2 large green leaf lettuce leaves
• 1 tablespoon sliced black olives
Grill the chicken, cool until you can thinly slice. Mix together mayonnaise and minced garlic. Spread on both sides of the cut bread.
Add the sliced chicken, tomatoes, onions, feta, lettuce and olives to one side of the bread. Top with other slice.
