Yes. I love to eat lamb.
But the problem - where I live - its expensive and I have to buy it only from certain places.

A lot of people in the U.S. won't eat lamb because they think the lambs are too cute, but I find it to be absolutely delicious. I have prepared lamb on many occasions and have some in my freezer right now.

Some people do eat lamb, but beef, chicken, and pork are more common. Where I live (Chicago), lamb cuts tend to be priced higher than other meats, so I rarely buy it.

not as often as it is eaten in other places like Spain. They eat a lot of lamb in Spain. Prior to leaving the U.S. I had never actually seen anyone eat lamb although it is eaten occasionally I know.

Yes, not as often as other counties, its expensive, mostly we are chicken, pork, beef, and turkey. Also because of its costs we dont experiment with it with diffrent dishes, cause if we have to throw out a stew w/ lamb meat, there goes 30 USD, verses chicken at 1.50 lb. you can toss it if the recipe turns to diaster and just shrug your shoulders. So unless YOU KNOW how to cook it, we in the US avoid it, or just get it at restraunts

Yes, I'm one of them; however, I don't eat it often because it's a bit expensive, but when I do treat myself to some I love to eat it pan fried.

Yes. Like Sir Anthony Hopkins said in Meet Joe Black: "not as chewy as roast beef, but not as boring as turkey" ...
