I know what you mean, this happens to me all of the time, it just means that you are excited or stressed out as you have put it, or you're just nervous, its nothing to worry about.

Hi there did your doctor do any blood test while you were there, are you taking any kind of medication for your heart or vitamin's, have you sat down and thought about when this happens is it when your worried about something I know your only young but there is a lot of pressure on teenagers these days, what with study and the pressure to keep up with friend's and family, do you do any sport, does your heart beat faster and loudly when you run around if it does and settles within a few minutes you can be assured your fine, but if this is making you feel breathless and dizzy go back and see your doctor for some advice

It's caused from Adrenalin. When you let yourself become too anxious, fearful, or angry, your body releases adrenalin. This speads up and strengthens your heartbeat.
The best thing for you to do is to recognise the triggers that cause you to have this strong reaction. You can then either learn to calm yourself or learn to meditate. Deep breathing, closing your eyes and imagining your mind to be a black space where nothing stressful can get in, meditation, yoga....all good things to help keep your stress levels down.
To allow your body to continue having "fight or flight" adrenalin rushes, would only lead to more physical problems: ulcers, tics, high blood pressure, stroke, etc.
If you need help learning how to "de-stress" your life, you could go see a counselor, as talking about things that bother you helps, too.
Don't worry so much about your health. Be grateful you are a healthy teenager. There is enough time in your life to have aches, pains, and maladies. Believe me, the older you get, the less physical stamina you have. Leave the health problems for when you are very old....70's, 80's.

I had something like this, and i went to the doctors and they did all these tests and crap. It turned out that i have an irregular heart beat, which is what u probably have.
Does it feel like your heart is racing really fast and pumping really hard like its gonna pop out of your skin? cause thats what i have sometimes...its pretty "normal" though...but if you think its serious u should go to a cardiologist and have a halter monitor put on u for a couple days so they can look at your heart

If a doctor has cleared you, then it is just a stress reaction.... try to learn how to handle stress better (like pausing and taking a few slow long deep breaths)

It could be from stress, you got to learn to take slow breaths when you get like that. even go see another doctor and see what he says about it...its always better to get a second opinion.
