Are you talking about joints being painful? Are they swelling? Do you have a rash at all? I would seriously go to see another doctor for another opinion. I would hope that they give you some blood tests to find out what it going on. You should not be having symptoms like this.

ive had the same thing and are still suffering, yet my skin has started flaking aswell my doc gave me penicillin for my chest infection and told me that the itching and tingling should go when i get better, but as you ive been ill for 4 weeks and so have a lot of my friends and family. Im not the sort of person that gets ill and it was my first visit to the quacks in 8 yrs. Just a guess but youre in the UK. We think that the reason that we have all been ill here is that we have caught a virus brought in by the influx of immigrants we are seeing and that we havnt a natural immunity to the diseases they are bringing in with them.

It sounds to me like you have an untreated infection, and as most other infections it is affecting your blood, see your doctor, or in your case see another doctor and get some antibiotics.

First I would go to a different doctor, and as ONLY a guess it could be some reaction to a medication, if you are still taking one, but that is only a guess.

Well then maybe you should find a different doctor or go to the emergency room and get checked out?

You need a doctor and a good one at that, if your doc just said "I don't know what it is" then you need to go to another doctor!
