HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) and cytomegalovirus (CMV) can all be transmitted through semen. If you are HIV positive, the semen is absolutely loaded with the HIV virus. Any exposure to semen can mean an exposure to an STD, even exposure to the so-called pre-***. Any exchange of bodily fluids- semen or saliva, can spread an STD.

Semen can and does contain viral or baterial STD's if the 'donor' has that STD. Sperm banks regularly test their clients for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases.
Does the virus (HIV/HPV/CMV/HSVII) infect the actual spermatozoa, no. But it's in that bodily fluid if the 'donor' is infected.
HIV, CMV, and HSVII will be found in other bodily fluids as well.
Gonorrhea and Syphilis (bacterial) will only be found in semen, unless the disease is advanced.

I don't think it's in the semen ...STDs are spread by exchange of ANY type body fluid

all stds are in bodily fluids except saliva but as stds grow stronger and more resistant to antibiotics it is quite possible to find remnants of most stds in urine not to leave out blood which is the second most favorable area but having sex with an infected person is the primary zone of infection
