No new partner in 5 years
Had previous cold sores, but this one was different and at a different location than where they usually appear.
Small painful, dots possibly blisters on the back side of my penis.
Been there over 2 weeks with no signs or bursting, rupturing or scabing.
Could I have moved my oral outbreak to my penis

The herpes virus can stay dormant for up to 10 years. Usually the blisters dont last that long. You really should go see a doctor and let them culture one of the blisters to be certain.

I think this is possible if you touched your penis after touching your cold sore on your mouth. You should go to the Dr. and get it checked out. Herpes is a virus that is in your system and even if you havent had any new partners in the last 5 years the virus can remain in your system and surface when you are run down.

there are two types of herpes they act independently and completely different, the bumps on your penis could be herpes as well, but not the same herpes as the ones on your lips, i'd recommend going to a clinic
