Gonorrhea is a very common cause of arthritis in sexually active people.
HIV can give some nasty arthritis too.
Why do you worry? Leave that to doctors. If you behave well, you have less risk (never 100% sure, because you cannot control your other half)

This question is in the STD section. STDs can infect all systems in the body. Herpes causes skin and mucus membranes to blister and can linger in the nervous system till death. Syphilis also can infect all systems. TB is another disease affecting multiple systems.
