Tescos, for goodness sakes or any supermarket, don't you get out??. Now listen, get two cloves of garlic, some flaky almonds, melt a good knob of butter in a pan add the garlic, gently fry, add the almonds, til slightly toasted, put at one side.
Now, prepare the sprouts, peel, put a "cross cut" on the stalk end of each, boil a large pan of salted water, add the sprouts, bring back to the boil, boil for "no longer than five minutes" drain, run under the cold tap ( to stop the cooking process) add the sprouts to the butter almonds garlic mix, and reheat whilst stiring and mixing for two minutes, You and your guests will enjoy sprouts that I guarantee, will not repeat on you. Bon Apatite.

For starters, we could have prawn cocktail, then roast turkey with roast tatties, stuffing balls, brussels, carrots, cauliflower in cheese sauce, cabbage, peas, broccoli, Yorkshire puddings and yummy think of gravy. For dessert, the two, chocolate profiteroles, mini sponge rolls, or classic yule pudding with clotted or squirty cream. We shouldn't forget approximately the crackers.
