I just poured a jar of vindaloo sauce on to quorn mince and it should have been chunks! Do you think it will be ok?

well invite this room over and we will eat it. Just add some chunky vegetable and use cream or yoghurt if you think it is going to be too hot hot hot. Put some chasew nuts, almond flakes or a tin of blacked beans and you have plenty of taste, texture and variety.

Why shouldnt it work. They sell keema vindaloo which is minced meat. It doesnt matter what it says on the label about the size of the meat or quorn etc. The rice will go down well.

You can still eat it, just make sure it's well cooked... it'll be fine... be thankful that you have food to eat, and don't waste any!
