Hi there. I am new to raw / veggie and have many allergies. I need recipes that do not have wheat, soy, eggs, peanuts, tomato or avacado. A challenge, to be sure, but would love some new recipes. Getting tired of the same old thing

I don't get the raw food thing. I can handle sushi but I don't want raw egg. I throw veggies into rice all the time. How are you supposed to eat bread, pitas, noodles and rice?

How about some nice dip ideas? I like Hummus (hope your not allergic) You can find some easy ones online and you can modify it to suit your eating habits.
