Sounds like an asthma attack. IYou need not be a chronic asthamic to have an acute asthma attack. Any number of environmental factors can cause one... allergens to stress.

Chances seem likely that while you were you had a severe allergic reaction to something and that reaction brought on an asthma attack.

Did it feel like you couldn't take a deep enough breath to fill your lungs? If so, it could be asthma. Sometimes coffee will help. Also, if you get to warm, cold air sometimes helps. If you are coughing a lot, it could be asthma caused by allergies. I have had asthma for years, I know it feels terrible. Maybe a school nurse could give you info.

i would say more than likely, but ususally if you never had these issues before and they just came up thats kind of unlikely you would just immediatly get asthma... did you possibly inhale something you shouldnt have or get into something that you were allergic or irritated by? if it continues to happen then yes im sure youve developed some sort of asthma.... also an anxiety attak can cause this... especially if you started to freak out when it started could of very well made it worse. good luck tho♥

If you have asthma, don't you have a rescue inhaler?

Most folks do. It's to be used when having an attack

why wouldn't your mother do anything about it? It sounds serious, it definetly could be asthma so get it checked out, find a trusted adult who would do something about it and get them to bring you to a doctor

Please phone 999 or 991 and get someone to do so. This could be serious and its better not to take a chance. Please tell your mum. Any mum loves her child, and she would want you to tell her. PLEASE
