We've been sleeping together for 4 months now. No signs of condyloma around my area. it turns out, that after a while she got a cist* correct me if im wrong, but now she has little bumps, white bumps that are going along upside the left lip of her vagina. It may be inside, but she is not sure. She has constant wetness, what can it be and can it be treated with a topical products?

She put on the topical treatment and it burned for about a minute. Now, a day after putting on the anti-fungi its still burning/hurting. Is that normal? or should it be calming down?

First, she needs to see a doctor and NOT USE over the counter medications, because they aren't usually used in the genital area.
Second, a doctor can prescribe the right meds, and can take more serious measures if need be. If it is condylomata (aka warts) she needs to get them removed, and she needs a Pap Smear to make sure they aren't the cancerous kind.
And know, there have been cases where with the right therapies and meds, condylomata has not come back. If nipped in the bud now, she may not have to suffer with them for the rest of her life.

The white bumps can be syphilis also known as condylomata lata. I would see a doctor and abstain from having sex because syphilis is transmittable.
