At this point in time there is no cure for HIV, However there have been phenomenal advances in medicines and treatments to control the virus. People with AIDS can have medication therapy that is very effective in controlling the level of infection.
The reason it is so difficult to cure is because it multiplies so quickly in the body. More than 10 billion copies of the virus are produced each day in the human body. In addition, there are many different types of strains of HIV, so it is difficult to try to come up with one effective treatment.
In some cases, people receiving the proper treatment can do so well that patients are actually allowed to discontinue medications. That is because they build enough T-cells that the body can keep the virus under control by itself.
Its hard to tell when there will be a cure, but its getting closer by the day. Even recently researchers developed one single pill to replace three medications for HIV. This is a big step in research because it means we are understanding how the virus works more and more each day.
Researchers believe that they may be within 20 years to find a cure. Its only been the last two decades that such medical advancements have taken place, and its only a matter of time before they crack the code on how to effectively destroy the virus.
Dont listen what people say that there is a cure. It is a huge pet peeve of mine that people have clames that they find natural or electrode remedies of serious illnessess just to steal a quick buch from people who are sick. If that was the case, poorer countries with epidemics would be practicing those cures and It would be all over the news. Doctors and pharmisutical companies arnt monsters and they are not here to sabatoge an answer to a global epidemic.

AIDS does not have a cure, it has multiple ones. the problem is that medications work for a while then become ineffective, azt works by penetration host cells and terminating interphase (mitosis) all it does an excellent job in stopping replication for awhile but your body also recognizes this as a pathogen so your body will develp an immune response for this as well, so the viruse are able to comeback after months of treatment, so until we can find something that can stop replication of the virus for a prolonged period of time with out cause thing body to acquire an immune response then we'll have the answer, don't buy into the mess people talk about how its a economical factor why we don't have a cure, or that it was a engineered virus to effect gay individuals, the hiv virus is not cut and dry it has a very complicated mechanism behind it

According to most doctors there is no AIDS cure.
But some herbalists believe and swear by an herbal cure.
Experience has shown that certain herbo-mineral compounds prepared as per the formulae prescribed by sages of yore like Agasthya, Charaka, Sarangadhara and others for the treatment of Kshaya have brought about significant results in improving the conditions Aids patients. The Rasayana and Vajikara effects of the said medicines have done much good to the patients. Case studies of a few cases are given below.

Aids can be cured. However it cannot be cured with a pharmaceutical. So the big drug companies cannot make billions, so tough, no-one is going to tell you about the cure.
