I work for a pathology company in Australia. I actually just rewrote a brochure on this. It is mostly to do with your intake of vitamin K. Different types of herbal teas can affect it too. Other things like exercise, alcohol, change in medications, creams (like Vick's vapour rub) can affect it. I can send you more specific info once I am back at work on Monday.
The change in your iNR is decent so you should probably consult your doctor.

Sometimes other medications that you have suddenly started taking can affect the reading. Your dr should have advised you to increase the warfarin for a day or so and it will probably correct itself. I think it is more a sign that something is wrong when the INR goes up rather than dropping. I know that you shouldn't eat garlic and also restrict alcohol when using Warfarin. There might be some web sites which could advise you on other foods to avoid.

"The aim of the diet during Warfarin treatment is to provide adequate nutrition whilst maintaining a consistent daily intake of vitamin K from dietary sources. Vitamin K is involved in clotting of the blood and Warfarin doses are calculated to control the ability of the blood to clot. Thus if vitamin K intakes vary to any great degree, the natural ability of the blood to clot will also vary"

It definately could be your diet. Do you eat a lot of green leady vegetables such as spinach? Green leafy veg contain a lot of Vitamin K which lowers the INR. Also some Vitamin supplements do too!
Read the information you get with your Warfarin, as it should tell you all this!!

Put diet and warfarin in google,or ask to see a dietitian at your next check up.

Or you could ring NHS direct in the UK,they will find a nurse to ring you back who knows about such things.

Theres lots of things you can do.

It is at all times incorrect to cheat when you lead your associate to feel that you're being trustworthy. Don't be deceitful irrespective of how long you have got been collectively. Be sincere and up entrance in the event you wanna see different men and women....And NO, i don't think a little one needs to be raised with both father and mother collectively! ..In your case, no i don't consider you should have a little one collectively. It's too "warped" as you called it. In finding anyone else to father your child who can be involved on a more comfortable degree. Whatever like this must be a good thing for you, him, his girlfriend, AND the child. Your concept sounds lovely unstable and not the nicest atmosphere for a child.
