Most STD treatments are just antibiotics, which are almost always covered. Usually your insurance company won't be able to tell if it's for an STD or for strep throat.
Even if they aren't covered, antibiotics are dirt cheap. Like $15 most of the time.

It depends on the insurance you have but almost all of them cover almost all the medicines. Rarely have i seen any that haven't been covered and if there not usually you get the generic which is about $100 less expensive and does the same thing.

You will have to consult the insurance company to find out for sure. Essentially, I do believe most insurance will cover treatment. Good luck.
