yes. just because all your siblings have the same blood group but yours is different does not mean it is unnatural. the reason behind this occurence is different and i dont think that is what you are worried of so i am not going to explain that. plus it is waaay long-winded. it is not possible if neither of your parents are A blood group.

Yes - you are adopted. Well, it's a possibility.
It's also possible because blood type is actually determined by a set of genes. When they say you have type A, it mean you can either be type AA, or AO. For the type O, it means only one thing, you have type OO. What is important here is that the type is determined by a set of genes.
You get half of of the two of your dad's genes and half of the two of your mom's genes. So, you also end up with two genes. Using your family as an example let's say your dad has AO and your mom had OO. All the possible blood types your siblings can have are:
AO (dad) + OO (mom) = AO, OO
If we label each gene, we can see what is really happening.
A1O2 + O3O4 = A1O3, A1O4, O2O3, O2O4
Another possibility is if your dad and mom both have type AO.
AO (dad) + AO (mom) = AA, AO, OO
Again if we label each gene.
A1O2 + A3O4 = A1A3, A1O4, O2A3, O2O4.
Now remember type A's are either AA or AO? This formula tells you that if your mom and dad both have type AO, there is 75% chance their kids will have type A blood. Since you have at least 4 siblings with type O, this goes against the odds so your parents probably do not both have type AO blood but more likely one will have type AO and another will have type OO.

Yes!
You get two copies of genes from your parents. An A blood type, can actual be an AA or an AO. An O blood type must have only OO.
Because your siblings are O, we know the one parent must be an AO genotype. There is a 25% chance of having an A blood type and a 75% chance of having an O blood type in this scenario.

Yes! Genes for blood type come from both parents. We have 2 copies of genes that determine blood type.
Ask the blood type of your parents. Most likely one of them has a blood type A and the other one can have a blood type of A or O.
In anycase your brothers/sisters can have both Type A or Type O.
Its actually more complicated than this answer. However coming from a person who has performed so many blood typing examinations in the past, trust me, its possible.

It is possible. It comes down to the genes that your parents carry. '
A' and 'B' blood types are both dominant blood types - thats why you can get an individual who is 'AB' positive. 'O' blood type is recessive, so for a person to have 'O' blood they need to have received an 'O' blood chromosome.
Cause your 'A' and your brother and sister are 'O' it just means that your parents are carries of the 'O' blood chromosomes and that they both passed this onto your brother and sister, while at least one of your parents is 'A' blood type and you received that chromosome - even if you only got 1 'A' blood chromosome and 1 'O' chromosome you will be 'A' blood type.
So yes it is possible, and if you find out what blood type your parents are you should be able to work out what the 2nd chromosome was passed onto you.

First of all I would like to thank you for asking such an interesting question I had never thought about it,so i did a little bit of "research". Yes animals have different blood type (Blood group) too just like humans. In man blood group is applied to single factor. This factor is agglutinogen and is also called antigen. It is found on the surface of red blood corpuscles. In the case of animals blood group is applied to combinations of blood factors. So it is preferable to call it as blood group systems rather then blood groups. Each system has many factors, which are together called blood group factors. Dr J Moustgaard of Copenhagen identified in cattle ten group systems namely A, B, C, FV, J, L, M, SU, Z and R'S'. Except J and L, all the other group systems have more than one group factor. And The Rh factor (used to denote human blood type as well) was first discovered in the Monkey Rhesus But it do vary from animal to animals apes have a similar blood group structure as we do (our ancestors) In cats it is often found that blood of one cat can be transfused in another. Hope i helped. Thanks again bro.

Yes, it's possible. Probably your parents have genotype AO for one and OO or AO for the other. Therefore, you are probably genotype AO and your siblings are all OO. At least one of your parents should show up as type A.

As long as both your parents are not "O" then you are all good. If they are then you have a problem.
