I have found out that many people being affected by this disease and it seems that doctors and governments are reluctant about its cure.

There are a large variety of nasal decongestant medications available.

Antibiotics are used for bad sinusitis which is thought by the doctor to be associated with infection.

There are a lot of options. It depends on what is in your sinuses. Most are allergies, and the best drugs for that are either steroid sprays (Flonase and Rhinocort), antihistamines, and drugs that suppress allergic reactions like Singulair. Very, very few of these get infected and require antibiotcs (trust me you would feel horrible when they're infected, high fevers, no appetite, nausea and splitting headaches).
