Make sure u tell your fiancee or fiance. They have a right to know as it has no cure just medication to keep u from having an outbreak. Even then u can infect people. I would not get married that is for sure.

First and foremost...don't worry...and tell you're partner. First educate youreself on what kind of HPV you have. Low strand (which cause genital warts) or High strand that cause dysplaisa and you need to get a leep procedure. Dysplasia are the abnormal cells that cause changes in you're cervix and that is what needs to be removed before it leads to cancer cells. Doctors are very good now in catching this ahead of time.
Now when telling you're partner key is to be calm. He probably is already a carrier and doesn't even know it. Most men are carriers and have no symptoms. HPV is more dangerous for women "IF" not taken care of. If you have low strand wich cause the warts then all you need is to have them removed with either cream or frozen off. Also only 22% have re-occurance of warts so you're chances of getting warts again are low, just take care of you're immune system, be healthy and exercise. If you smoke that will not help and if you drink over excessively that won't help you either.
yes the virus never goes away and there is no medical fact that can prove when you're immune system has faught out the virus but, you still can have a normal relationship, get married and yes have children! Just educate youreself on the virus, take care of youreself (follow up with youre pap test) and be healthy~!
go to www.healthandhpv.com / webmd.com or hpvforum.com
Also the book : "what you're doctor may or may not tell you about papsmears and hpv" is an awesome book for you and you're fiance.
Good luck

DEFINATELY tell your partner... And get your partner tested as well... If you both have it, then really, there's no downside to marrying eachother. If only you have it... Then that's something the two of you need to talk about and see where you two think the relationship would go. But too few are honest about it and spread it like that.

There are treatments that can help or elevate it. But, tell your fiance now. They have the right to know. See a doctor asap.

you need to tell your partner. even if you lie and said you just got tested to ensure a fresh start and only now have found out.
what ever you do, it needs to be now.
this could destroy not only your marriage, but your partners future.
