Could be acid reflex, take pepcid ac or eat an apple
Rub castor oil or olive oil or vicks on chest
Get a warm bottle on chest(pulls up congestion)
take an aspirin a day if over the age of 30

a visit to your doctor. Chest pains are nothing to ignore. They can be a warning that something is going on with your heart. If the pains are constant, go to the closest emergency room. Be safe and take care of yourself.

You have to find out what's causing it first.

Try a Bayer. If it helps, you have a heart problem.
