Most Asian groceries will have frozen lumpia. I think Goldilocks also has frozen lumpia for sale. Otherwise, any Filipino restaurant will have lumpia; it's a staple.

Not a clue. But if you are looking for a delicious light loempia. I think the vietnamese have the best. And if you are in the mood, try the recipe below (without cabbage).

You can go to a Philippine market which are hard to find. You can make it yourself or try the Internet for specialty foods and see if they have it. Recipe for this is easy. Egg roll skins,cabbage,onions and cooked ground beef.
