I'm a vegetarian and I've accidentally had beef stock or food with meat in it. My stomach would usually get upset, sometimes so much so that I throw it up. The more it is, the more likely you'll get sick. If it was a pizza that had a few stray pieces of bacon in it, it probably won't do anything to you.

They get reincarnated as a cow in a hamburger factory....

Just kidding. But seriously, if someone has been strict vegan for quite a while, they can get pretty sick from suddenly eating meat. Your digestive enzymes change, and can't change back that quickly. It won't kill them, but they will probably spend quite a bit of time in the bathroom for a while....

It depends on how much you ate and how long you've been a vegetarian. If it's a lot and you've been one for more then two years you could get sick. How did you accidently eat meat though?
