The point in telling her is that you would be a complete and total loser if you don't. Not only that, but if she has it and doesn't know, she'll pass it on to other people. How could you be so self-centered and insensitive.
Just tell her. If you care so little about the relationship that you'd be willing to break up with her as an alternative, then you shouldn't care what her reaction is when you tell her. If would be pure evil for you to not say anything, though.

Duuude. Please tell her. It's just nasty if you don't. Tell her because, you never know. She needs to get tested and if she is positive and doesn't know it, it is really awful because she might decide to go sleeping with people and infecting all kinds of other people. The point of it is just being a good decent human being. You cheated. That was not good, but it doesn't mean you are on the evil path to hell forever. Just do the right thing. Tell her. In the longrun you'll feel better about yourself if you do and so will she.

I got identified with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 3 years back, when I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I understand loads of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with someone who has sores round her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/GdctL everything got better.
Not only was I able to eliminate all remnants of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method provided me the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.

That depends. If you've slept with her since cheating on her, then she needs to know so she can have herself checked. You are really a messed up person if you passed a disease to your girlfriend! In fact, you need to tell her regardless of whether you think you have passed it onto her or not. Be honest, tell her the truth, and hopefully she dumps you.

So don't be a coward and fess up to your despiccable act . Cheating is bad enough but now you want to give this innocent bystander a lifelong weight of a millstone around her neck . I hope you have not had unprotected sex with her since . She has to get to a doctor and be tested . Have a heart and tell her pronto .

Although it will be hard, I would definately get honest and tell her. You are risking her health by not doing so. Think of how it would be if the tables were turned. Your girlfriend got Herpes and didn't tell you!
I know it will be hard but you need to face the consequences of your actions.

Wow. Hows that for Karma?! The point in telling her would be growth for you, as well as a shot of humility. Also so she doesn't think SHE did something.
I was just thinking that would be a funny t-shirt.
CHEATERS NEVER WIN!
they just get herpes....
