yes it can have and std are spread through bodily fluids especially blood to be on the safe side don't kiss any one with bleeding lip it's worth the wait and both of u should be tested for std if Ur not sure try going to go get tested 2gether if that the situation

Oh God. I think it's time for me to go. Do you know what an STD is? Is it plausible? I guess in theory, it can be passed through saliva and blood. Will it? No. Not from chapped lips.
