I need to know what works for snoring. Do the breathe right strips work? If not, what does? Please, I am about to smother my husband with a pillow.

Breathe right strips work to a certain extent, it would be worth the money to try them. If your husband is overweight, losing weight and exercising will also decrease his snoring! They also have a surgical outpatient procedure that is said to stop snoring.

my husband also snores horribly...i dont feel the strips work, sometimes he snores worse with them...i know breathright has a new throatspray out for snoring...my husband hasnt tried it yet... I notice that he sleeps on his side the snoring isnt as bad as it is when he sleeps on his back..

yes the breathright strips work, my husband uses them and he relies on them alot.
