i have tried several diabetic pills but none good so tar, can you suggest any drugs

Biguanides: Metformin
Sulfonylureas: Glipizide, Glyburide, Glimiperide
Thiozolidinediones: Avandia, Actos
DP4 Inhibitors: Januvia (Brand New)
These are the most common and the best in my opinion.
Others: Precose, Glyset, Prandin, Starlix
There are also injections like Byetta and Symlin that can be effective. You can mix and match from most of the above agents to get the desired effect.

I was on metformin but am not any longer, I got off them by controlling my diet and exercise and taking cinnamon every day.

I take glipzide 10mg once a day with great results.
