Actually, they prefer dogs. It is a delicacy called Kaegogi. Personally, I wouldn't try either.

Koreans don't eat cat... They treat specially bread dogs as a delicasy. It isn't just any dog off of the street. Actually is very tasty but very greasy.

Korean's have a taste bu scientist identified and dubbed the cat loving taste bud. It gives the korean pallete a certain proclivity to chew and licking feline delicacies

well I have been to Korea 2 times, and I lived in Japan for a year, and Koreans and Japanese eat a lot of dog, not so much cat. I have to say, dog really isn't bad at all, it tastes a lot better than cow. I have never tried cat, but I know dog is the more popular choice.

Someone told me that if you eat dogs, the dogs can smell you. So don't be surprise if the dogs will bark at you, it's like saying, why did you eat one of us?

but they are delicious! i like a young one, fully developed and female roasted in seseeme seed oil then slathered with sweet and sour with a side of rice with scallions. green tea and a fortune cookie. yum yum meow ha ha ha. tasty little pussy kats.
