what std for females is little white spots on genitals and white/ yellow thick discharge?

thick white discharge is canidia, or a yeast infection. but white spots on the genitals could be lesions or other infection. Yellow/brown discharge is caused by a urinary tract infection. see a doctor if you are experiencing all these at the same time, it could mean more than one problem exists.
