yes it can. anytime there is passing of fluids in the body with an infected person-it can be spread.

aids is spread through blood, semen, and vaginal fluid.

if the person giving the oral sex has sores in their mouth (or even if there are breaks in the skin beneath or around the teeth)-they could contract the disease through semen or vaginal fluids....

Yes, it spreads via body fluids, the last time I saw a recommendation it said that you should use a dental dam or condom and never share a toothbrush. The issue is that there is a risk of fluids getting into cuts in the mouth that you may not even be aware that you had.

yes aids can spread thru oral sex

wen a woman takes man cocks insider her muth and if the semen fall inside it ther is chacne. if there is any small cut in ur mouth thats enough to enter viurs in ur body. if the semen is swalloed then also you wil get infected by ths virus. becoz semen carries virus.

if a man goes down a man, her vaginal liquid wil contian virus.
if it enter in ur mouth or that gel happens to meet any cut part of your body also makes u infected.

so always be sure that u are having sex with safe partner.

all the best
take care

Yes it can. I recenlty was tested for the same thing. Check this site which will provide you with test sites in your location. I was told the chances are small. But you should get tested. It's free with the results in about 20-30 minutes. Good Luck!
