For Valentine's Day, I am going to Idywylld with my boyfriend along with my sister and her husband. My sister and I are planning a romantic dinner for the four of us. Let's just say the boys have a penchant for eating, and I am planning at least a three course meal, preferably five. Any ideas? I would really appriciate it!

You could serve just about anything as long as you set the table with candles, nice silverware, flowers, cloth napkins, and non-paper plates! Music sets the mood too, so include some of the stuff that turns your men (and you!) on. Light candles thru out the house for the aroma and bake a cake with cinnamon, butter and vanilla. Suggested menus might include:

hot artichoke and crab dip served with blue-corn tortilla chips
Champagne

Ribeye steaks grilled medium rare to rare
Baked potatoes with borsin cheese
Fresh spinach salad with mandarin oranges and cashews, bacon crumbles, feta and French dressing

Nocetto Sangiovese

Chocolate lava cakes or How-to-Get-A-Man cake for dessert

Coffee with Bailies Irish Cream

My husband loves Chicken Cordon Blue with Twice baked potatoes and TGI Fridays battered green beans (you can find this recipe online) You can finish it off with Creme brulee (you can even make this ahead of time and take it with you) Hope this helped!!

Nothing sloppy or smelly...no bbq ribs, no sauces that get all over your lips and/or face, definitely not something that will make u burpy or cause smelly breath...
Wow, this answer is so not romantic, sorry!
Fudgey cake, chocolate or creme brulee make everything sexy and hot, so I say a sweet dessert, hmmmm
