Women experience some different symptoms then men do.
Symptoms of a heart attack in both men and women include squeezing chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, sweating, tightness in chest, pain spreading to shoulders, neck or arm, feeling of heartburn or indigestion with or without nausea and vomiting, and sudden dizziness or brief loss of consciousness. Symptoms more likely in women include indigestion or gas-like pain, dizziness, nausea or vomiting, unexplained weakness and fatigue, discomfort/pain between the shoulder blades, recurring chest discomfort, and sense of impending doom. If you feel this matches your systems, please see a doctor asap.

Heart Attack Warning Signs

Some heart attacks are sudden and intense -- the "movie heart attack," where no one doubts what's happening. But most heart attacks start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort. Often people affected aren't sure what's wrong and wait too long before getting help. Here are signs that can mean a heart attack is happening:

*
Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
* Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.
* Shortness of breath. This feeling often comes along with chest discomfort. But it can occur before the chest discomfort.
* Other signs: These may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness

If you or someone you're with has chest discomfort, especially with one or more of the other signs, don't wait longer than a few minutes (no more than 5) before calling for help. Call 9-1-1... Get to a hospital right away

Your question makes no sense. What do
sins have to do with a heart attack? If you are talking about symptoms, there are as
many as there are for the various types of
heart attack. It can be anything from a stinging sensation in the heart area-- to unable to breath and unconscious. It can be a 'burning" in the chest--it can be an upset
stomach. It can be a severe pain in either
arm or across the back. When anyone has
a full blown heart attack the symptoms are
not minor or vague--they know that they
are about to die.

What are the symptoms of a heart attack?

Although chest pain or pressure is the most common symptom of a heart attack, heart attack victims may experience a diversity of symptoms that include:

Pain, fullness, and/or squeezing sensation of the chest
Jaw pain, toothache, headache
Shortness of breath
Nausea, vomiting, and/or general epigastric (upper middle abdomen) discomfort
Sweating
Heartburn and/or indigestion
Arm pain (more commonly the left arm, but may be either arm)
Upper back pain
General malaise (vague feeling of illness)
No symptoms (Approximately one quarter of all heart attacks are silent, without chest pain or new symptoms. Silent heart attacks are especially common among patients with diabetes mellitus)

If you mean signs, there are different signs for individuals. Some people get a burning in the jaw, as my uncle did. Usually for men it's classic pain in the left arm and chest. It is said to feel like a crushing pain. For women it can be like a mans symptoms, as my moms pain was. Usually womens pain is so unusual it is hard to determine from symptoms. They can get pain between the shoulder blades is one example. If you think you are having one you have to call 911. They could save your life, because they begin treatment and rush you into a room in th E.R. so you don't waste life saving time in the waiting room. If it's not a heart attack consider yourself fortunate, and don't worry about what others think. They should just be glad your O.K.
