I was wondering if back pains are also a sign of diabetes...being that everytime I am about to sit down I get this pain usually around the tailbone area, after I sit the pain goes away, and when I'm about to get back up the pain starts again but when I am completely standing it doesn't hurt. I hope this is understandable to read...please give me some feedbacks...thanks.

Diabetic women need to worry about heart disease as much as kidney damage. Women do not have the same signs when having a heart attack as men. My mother always complained a back pain in her lower back. One night I had severe back pain and hurt all night long. The next morning I went to the doctor and was admitted while having a heart attack.
