OH it soooo depends. Meat is not always terrible, besides the fact that it kills animals, to your health, unless of course you eat a lard fried meat thing or whatever. Cake can be made into a healthier version. Donuts at dunkin donuts are only around 200 calories, but mostly empty calories, so never eat more than one. Chocolate can be okay if you dont eat a lot and dark chocolate's better. But never eat alot of any of those foods, you better not tell yourself "oh its okay because its not that bad..." If you eat alot it is! But this might of been a joke in the first place....

I would say donuts and cakes. Meats can actually be heatlthy if they are lean meats such as turkey. Chocolate, although high in sugar and calories, actually has antioxidants, especially dark chocolate. I think donuts are a bit more unhealthy than cake, though, because they are fried, which means they might contatin more hydrogenated oil, which is worse for the heart.

The entire above. Now what is the question? Which would I opt for or pick? Like I mentioned, all of the above. In order of alternative cookies, cake, sweet bar, ice cream, donuts would most of the time be it - even though in many instances cake trumps cookies and ice cream can trump candy bars.

Well, it's a just a matter of how you want to die. Foods high in sugar and salt can kill you the nice, long slow method via diabetes, congestive heart failure, or multiple strokes.
Meat doesn't take nearly as long -- I mean, one good heart attack from the cholesterol, and you're history. Unless, of course, you're unlucky enough to sustain brain damage from lack of oxygen during a heart attack or you end up with a series of mini-strokes. Then the process can take a lot longer.
Dealer's choice, I guess.

each and each of the above. Now what's the question? which could I %. or want? Like I reported, each and each of the above. so as of determination cookies, cake, sweet bar, ice cream, donuts would probably be it - even with the very shown actuality that typically cake trumps cookies and ice cream can trump sweet bars.

I'd say ice-cream based foods like sundaes and Blizzards at Dairy Queen. I gained a lot of weight when I started eating three or four ice cream sandwiches per week. I ate healthy otherwise, but the combo of like, two big cookies and lots of ice cream in the middle was a killer.

Krispy Kreme Donuts.. High in Trans Fats.. Mother's Cookies too. High in Trans fats.. Many inexpensive brands of cookies/cakes are loaded with trans fats.. Lean cuts of meat are good for you.. Good source of protein.

It's all bad but I would say donuts because they
contain lard, eggs, sugar and sometimes dairy,
not to mention trans fats.
