That is a latex-like baloon which covers the penis so that during sexual contact plays barrier-like role for not entering semen in to vagina so the pregnancy would not happen. It also has a strong role in prevention of STDs transmition especially in case of using two condoms together.

i suggest you either go to your nearest planned parenthood or health dept (both should be in your phone book or you can find online) and talk to them. planned parenthood might be easier because they will have more time to spend with you, and be able to give you samples of condoms and show you how to use them properly. P>S> do not have sex wthout one....no matter what the guy says.

Don't have sex until you know and understand what Condoms are. It would be like flying a plane without ever riding in one.
