Try allrecipes.com or the Pillsbury web site. Although it sounds pretty easy from your ingredients, just roll out the crescent dough flat and put on your sauce and veggies you like and bake until it is as done as you want it. You could probably just use Pillsbury pizza dough which also comes in the famous Pillsbury can.

You might try the pillsbury website. Or just look for a regular pizza recipe using crescent rolls and put on your own toppings.
I'd imagine you could just roll out the crescents, and bake it for a bit, then put whatever toppings you want on there and bake longer (or don't if you prefer the raw veggies). If using cream cheese instead of pizza sauce, I'd mix in some basil and thyme or some minced garlic, etc for flavor.
Have you tried french bread pizzas? That's really good too. Slice french bread in half, bake long enough to make the top crusty (so the sauce doesn't make the bread soggy), then top with pizza sauce & veggies & cheese & bake till the cheese melts. YUM. It works good on english muffins too (again, toast lightly before adding pizza sauce).

Makes 1 cookie sheet full:
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 (8 oz) cream cheese...room temp
1 Cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 pkg.(dry) Ranch dressing
Spread crescent rolls in cookie sheet to form crust. Bake at 375 about 8 min. or till golden brown.
Mix dressing, mayo, cream cheese and spread on cooled crust.
Top with--
1/2 head cauliflower (broken into small flowerettes)
1 green pepper diced small
1-2 carrots sliced thin
1/2 stalk broccoli (small flowerettes)
8-12 oz. mozarella or provolone (or mixed) for on top.
Can use ANY veggies you like actually. This is what I use on mine though.
Cut with pizza cutter...*Cuts easier if chilled a hr. or so first

Not unless your talking about mini pizzas made with crescent doe and no meat. Try finding recipe books at Barns 'n Noble, Boarders, or some place that carries book's. Find some nice vegetarian cook books and get your recipe, chances are they'll let you read the book without buying it so you can't go wrong, if you don't find it in the first book, just look at another one. Have fun! Cora V.

If you are thinking of a specific recipe, I would contact the restaurant or chef and ask for the recipe-- they are usually willing to give them out unless it's some "trade secret." The alternative is to look up a few cooking websites and do a "search by ingredient" and maybe you'll pop up with something. Otherwise, go to the supermarket, pick up a bunch of stuff, go home and experiment-- maybe you'll come up with something you like even better!
