Hey, I am an otherwise healthy 25 year old who seems to have shaky hands. I cant hold them steady which makes doing things with them hard. Its not all the time and gets worse when I feel people are watching me. I would never be able to do bar work (which I want to do when I move) or carry cup and saucer! Know It may seem silly but what u think?

Definately swing by the doctor's office when you get a chance. There are a lot of possible reasons for the shaking, from something as benign as low blood sugar to serious neurological conditions like Parkinson's Disease. Chances are it's mostly just your 'nerves' though. Everyone's hands shake, it's just a matter of to what degree. My hands (like my father's and his father's) shake quite a bit when I'm not holding anything, and they can get shaky to the extent of having trouble writing or using a utensil if I'm nervous or sick, and I'm about 25 as well.
So probably not a big deal, but like with most things, see the doctor to be safe.

I think you're just nervous. (And you did spell "shaky" right.) But see a doctor for a good check-up. There might be something physical causing this.
